Most ground breaking performance we could ask for. To be wherever we are and vicariously practice with the team. I'm 71 years old in June and feel like a kid watching this team develop into greatness. And I'm developing right along with them. By the time the season is over, I'll be 19yrs old again. Lol 😂 Go Buffs !!!!!
At the beginning, I noticed Coach Prime is starting to walk alot better. And it seems he’s starting to walk longer as well. Kudos to whomever it is that’s helping accelerate his recovery.
The cardio they putting these guys through mixed with the high elevation and the fast past schemes we expect them to run will be a beast to deal with for 4 quarters.
The training these young men are going through is a sight to see. It gives you the opportunity distinguish the difference between the dogs that are going to eat, vs the hogs that will be on the menu. Speaking of opportunity, hearing Coach Prime speak about seizing opportunity was the highlight of this video. Sometimes it's hard to believe that this content is free. What I love about this is Bucky KNOWS exactly how they feel and you can tell when they see the camera in their face they know the person on the other side ran just as many sprints and drills in college as they have so turn up when Bucky says turn up! I always go back and watch his highlights to say he's not just a media mogul. He was in the trenches

Listen, even though all the episodes are great, this was my favorite. Deion Jr., your prayers didn't only bless you but so many others through what we're able to witness.Even with the spoiler in the title, I was still fully invested. It's amazing how many of these players I feel like I know and I like based on what I'm seeing. We root for people we know and like, which is why I'm rooting for this team to do big things this season and beyond. I was already rooting for the JSU crew because I've been watching them for two years. And Shedeur, Cam, Elijah, and the rest of the Trinity crew that I've been watching even longer than that. I feel like I'm witnessing greatness in the making, and it's inspirational!
These guys haven't played a game yet this season but being student athletes at CU and playing for this coaching staff and adjusting to these new expectations and going for bigger, better and stronger results - and hungry for more - already shows they are winning.

Definitely a stamina building day. Can’t wait and hope to see the team running the outdoor bleachers/stands. Up and down at least 10 times 2x a week. They will outlast any opponent.
they will not have to run the bleacher like at JSU....because CU have all the proper equipment the players can us to give them what they need to work on......

They aren’t taking into account his pure athletic abilities. Also the fact that he knows how to train. Was doing extra training 3-4 days a week on top of football practice in high school. He’s good.

Just heard from On3 Sports that Apple+ streaming service currently has the leading bid for PAC12 football rights this year. I think that would hurt CU and CU fans because it will limit public exposure and it would preclude ESPN College GameDay from coming to Boulder like I hope they might. I hope Coach Prime can make a phone call to influence ESPN to step up to the plate with a bag to get rights to broadcast PAC12...

I’m noticing how Travis is in literally every team meeting, but it does seem like he’s switching to offence. He’s the grey t-shirt (offence), he’ll prolly be full time offence and part time defence.
I noticed that too. By putting Travis on offense will lead to one of the best receiving corps in the PAC12. Travis, Jimmy Horn Jr. Seydou Traore and possibly Xavier Weaver. I think their defense will rush and attack the quarterback in a multitude of defense ways. I am very excited to see who starts.

The pac 12 isn’t a defensive conference, so if the buff have an overpowered defence it will increase their chances. I still think they have the best defense in pac 12, even with Travis playing part time.

Retired Military here. The Tug of War drill is something we'd do during Physical Training Events back in the day when I was a young Stud 😂. It's an excellent way to build team cohesiveness while conducting full body strength training. Not to mention its Fun!! If you make some of the training Fun the guys will work hard and not even realize it....mainly due to their competitive nature and not wanting to be "that guy" who didn't carry the load! Lastly, it helps identify your Leaders. Good job coaches....keep up the good work 💪🏾👊🏾👍🏾💯‼️ I'll certainly be watching CU Football this upcoming season.

Just heard from On3 Sports that Apple+ streaming service currently has the leading bid for PAC12 football rights this year. I think that would hurt CU and CU fans because it will limit public exposure and it would preclude ESPN College GameDay from coming to Boulder like I hope they might. I hope Coach Prime can make a phone call to influence ESPN to step up to the plate with a bag to get rights to broadcast PAC12...
Yeah, plus it may hurt with recruiting.

I’m noticing how Travis is in literally every team meeting, but it does seem like he’s switching to offence. He’s the grey t-shirt (offence), he’ll prolly be full time offence and part time defence.
I noticed that too. By putting Travis on offense will lead to one of the best receiving corps in the PAC12. Travis, Jimmy Horn Jr. Seydou Traore and possibly Xavier Weaver. I think their defense will rush and attack the quarterback in a multitude of defense ways. I am very excited to see who starts.

The pac 12 isn’t a defensive conference, so if the buff have an overpowered defence it will increase their chances. I still think they have the best defense in pac 12, even with Travis playing part time.

The Tug of War drill is something we'd do during Physical Training Events back in the day when I was a young Stud 😂.
It's an excellent way to build team cohesiveness while conducting full body strength training.
Not to mention its Fun!!
If you make some of the training Fun the guys will work hard and not even realize it....mainly due to their competitive nature and not wanting to be "that guy" who didn't carry the load!
Lastly, it helps identify your Leaders.
