Love the hard nose coaching style of this staff. The Spring, Summer, and Fall workouts should be tough and rigorous. That way by the time the season starts the game comes easy
I agree however this is the Best of the Best at this level. There's Some more Talented Corners There and Coming.. Besides That Last Catch in the Celebration Bowl was And is the most Memorable Ever. Guess which position pays more?? Excited Either Way. Sko Mata.
Shilo and Deion Jr have their Dad’s body shape and some of the mannerisms, but man Shedeur’s face looks just like Prime’s to me-especially when he smiles. Facially, Shelomi looks a lot like Prime, too, but from the neck up Sheduer is almost a damn clone.
For the first time, I have to disagree with Coach Prime on something physical. A pulled hamstring at the end of a workout is most commonly due to overexertion and under training. They need to isolate them more, in the weight room. This will also protect the ACL more. I learned all of this the hard way. From countless hamstring tears and then an ACL tear… then studying sports medicine and never having the problems again…. 20 years later.
Boys need affection, too. That's how they grow up to be affectionate. I love how Coach Prime treats his family. They will no doubt come to him when they're in trouble and also when they're happy because they trust him. And feel love from him.
Enjoyed the video. You will never reach your full potential unless you push yourself to the max. You can still be successful with being talented, but you probably won't reach your best. Hopefully these young men welcome the mindset, because mental toughness is equally important as the physical. Everything starts in the mind...
