For confused US based viewers, in Europe the prices include tax. So where US customers have to manually add it to work out what the actual price is, European customers don't.

And that's without Trumps suggested policy of taxing imports more, effectively tanking the GPU market. I believe it was something crazy high like 30-50%, which for GPUs and PC parts in general is basically just bringing back covid pricing for no reason. I moved from Tampa to Santa Clara a few months ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home there, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? Looks like NVDA, TSM and AMD and AVGO are strong buys this week.

My ryzen 7950x is fairly often the bottleneck with a 7900xtx at 1440p. They're still supplying a lot of Zen3 chips on server contracts and whatever doesn't pass as usable for servers, gets turned into a consumer chip. And I guess they had a lot of CPUs that were a bit better than existing models, that's why they released new "products" to better value them.

A CPU emulating another CPU is always bad, that's why Java and .NET are just bad solutions, slow, laggy, hanging, crashing, the works; it's a bad Virtual Machine. The best possible solution is a proper implementation with the corresponding API, or a well done VM, but there's no need for a VM, all software makers, should cooperate and coordinate efforts to develop a proper Elite X API/HAL, and then recompile software as needed. It's a Common problem, so it should have a Community Solution
