2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Running board installation

Cathy's Encore was totaled back in early December by somebody texting and driving. Thankfully nobody was injured but we needed to get her a new ride. She has shared my love of Grand Cherokees ever since she was in one that we rented in Dallas 2 years ago so that's what she got. Being so short (and pregnant) made it difficult getting in and out of this thing. Solution? Running boards.

Hi there, I did mine yesterday it had three brackets each side. What a pain in the neck, not too hard just awkward with a busted shoulder. Great info at the end. I tried to enlighten my friends and relatives down here in Australia, no one listened. It's sad and I hope there is justice. Thanks so much and best wishes. Thanks for this video. Very helpful for giving me an idea of how to tackle this with our 2017 GC Limited. Took a peek under the passenger side and it looks to be similar with that wiring channel.
Which brand running board did you install? Not sure if I missed that.
