    14 points from a possible 21 in the league since the New Year. 1 loss in 7. 4 wins. Only beaten by Leeds. If you do that across a season, you win automatic promotion. A lot of seasons you win the league. Wagner has had his most important player out most of the season, but by far and away our best gk. Back the boys the hilt now, and stop the pointless bashing and negativity. OTBC - see you at Wembley

    Great, just what we need - yet more negative disruption and undermining of the manager, just when we need a totally positive approach to the end of the season. What is this credible source? If so they are mis-informed he is not the Arsenal Assistant Manager, he’s a young set-piece coach with zero management experience. Also, if Knapper was interested in him then the leak of this information at this critical time would be nothing short of naive management totally opposite to the clubs interests. Why do people buy into this nonsense? City’s Premiership survival will be down more to significant investment in the squad from Anastasio etc - the manager is secondary to that - Jurgen Klopp would struggle with a squad of City’s value - let alone a young manager with zero experience at any level! What will it take for you to stop this continual undermining of the manager and squad? Come on City!!

  • @namakudamono
    @namakudamono Před 2 měsíci

    What is Wagner's current contract situation? According to Wikipedia (which cites the NCFC website), he joined the Canaries in January 2023 on a 12-month rolling contract. We've obviously passed January 2024, so does that mean his contract was extended, and if so until when? It would be pretty crazy for him to get Norwich promoted through the play-offs, only for the club to appoint someone else at the end of the season.

      Really ? after two seasons in a row not being able to stay up ? I don't think so. "where is Farke now?" He is managing a Championship club, not a PL one. He had one season with a mid table Bundesliga team. So he is the same manager as before.

      @@allaboutthebclicksinnit1148 Really ! Farke was the victim of his own success who won two Championships but wasn't given the resources to stay in the PL. Unfortunately, the gulf between Championship & PL is getting wider and wider each year. Look at the newly promoted teams Sheff Utd, Burnley & Luton they are all struggling and will most likely all come straight down. Nothing wrong with Farke, it's what the PL has become that need fixing.

      @@dubaicanary2016 What should he have got 500 million? Norwich spent millions when they went up and it did not work, twice. Leeds don't have any more exceptional funds. Whether that is sackable for a manager or not is another matter but taking on a THIRD attempt, would be exhausting probably. Who knows, had Norwich not stayed up with Farke, then would Farke himself want to go again ? Who knows ! That is I guess sackable and maybe could have had until the end of the season but there we are. Just because a manager goes to another club, is above Norwich, does not mean he'd have done any better. He is at another club so it is different all round. Saying " he'd have Norwich in the top two if he'd have stayed" is a ridiculous idea, as when he left Norwich, the aim was to be in the PL not the Championship. Meanile, there are many more important things to worry about
