Not quite, Leeds got a pretty good spread of goals between Cry (19), James (13) and Piroe (13). Gnonto and Bamford got another 16 between them. 16 assists from Georgi is also considerably higher than Cry's 9. I'll agree on there not being such a thing as Farkeball though.

Why does conor keep saying that Pascal Struijk is fantastic? 🤔with struijk in defence and Ampadu in the midfield for almost the entire first half of the season, we were a very ordinary and inconsistent side. That dropped loads of points away from home... and were looking essentially like a play off team in waiting.
It was the Ampadu into defence, and gruev into midfield (along with bamford and firpo into the team) that coincided with our meteoric rise into automatic promotion contention.
Nothing to do with struijk. Not saying that struijk wasnt decent when he played, because he was decent. But the guy has never been fantastic. Its rather odd to suggest otherwise.
More bamford and firpo that have changed the side than ampadu in defence. Strujik is out best defender at playing out from the back and biggest set piece threat. We’ve massively missed him in the run him and maybe as importantly having ampadu in midfield.
@@MK-rj4jn that is your opinion. There is nothing wrong with suggesting that struijk is a decent player at this level. Baring in mind championship level is utterly terrible.
But there is definitely something wrong with people keep using the word fantastic. I wouldn't suggest anyone in this team is fantastic. The closest would probably be summerville. And even he is on the periphery of alot of games.
