- Four men have appeared in court in Russia, charged over the attack on a Moscow concert hall that killed at least 137 people. It follows a day of national mourning led by the country's president Vladimir Putin, who has vowed to punish those behind what he's called a "barbaric terrorist attack." The so-called Islamic State says it was behind the assault but the Kremlin has linked the attack to Ukraine.

I do not believe these to be the correct ones. So, if it really was ISIS, then the strikes will continue. If it was FSB/KGB then they might take a pause, or not do any more strikes.
