* 1 Cup of oats
* .5 Cup of greek yogurt
* .5 Cup of the milk of your choice
* 1Tbsp of honey
* 1Tsp of cinnamon - Jak na to + styl

I have my kids pick fruit and make a smoothie base, then just add oats to it the night before and stick in fridge. Then they can grab that and a hard-boiled egg if they want in the morning.

That looks so good! When dealing with honey, spray a little cooking spray in the dish before you put the honey in it and it will slide right out.

WOW! I have never met anyone that hasn't had it before. They have a lot of flavors now. I started with homemade oatmeal and raisins. I make my homemade mixed berry oatmeal. It is better with berries. everything is better with berries!😁☺️
