Well, I’m 19 and all I’ve ever done for my face is wash it with water and then put on baby oil. I don’t know if that’s bad.. but I get a lot of compliments on my skin. But recently I upgraded and bought my first face wash aha! 🤪.. so I feel that extra cleanse when I was my face. But I think what’s truly worked for my skin is water water water (like you said) and my fruit intake. My mum makes us all eat fruits multiple times a day, and my favorite are oranges (at least 2 a day) and so I’m getting that vitamin C in the inside too! Thank you for a lovely video btw, I’ve learned a lot.. and indeed sharing is caring ☺️

Happy Donwory be very careful with it though! Depending on someone’s hair type/health, it can actually damage it. Coconut oil obviously isn’t a protein, but it works like one and that’s why so many people Love it in their hair. But if it’s over used, some can notice breakage and even dryness. Just wanted to add on to your comment so that people have a warning if this happens to them. :)

Rikane Jose Unfortunately it’s kind of hard to say since everyone’s hair is different and everyone takes protein treatments or in this case coconut oil different so it’s unfortunately trial and error but I rather someone not go through that and just use it once in a while.

I've super oily skin like 3 times than average because of polycystic ovary syndrome. The special ingredients I use are Up & Up 97.7% pure Aloe Vera gel and lemon essential oil. They help to dry out the oil and my face stay oil free for 5-7 hours. Not just that, aloe vera gel also helps get rid of brown spot.

That's a great use of coconut oil. I've been doing that since the beginning of the year when I started wearing make-up occasionally. Yes, I never wore make up and I'm 39 and for the first time I'm trying it occasionally. Coconut oil works well after the night time face cleansing regimen to give a good glow.
