I was just explaining to my daughter how there are so many brilliant pieces of music from Japan which are buried in video games and mostly unknown to the masses. You guys are helping to bring it to the world, and it’s amazing.
Sadly the music industry is about exposure over quality. Your average person will never seek out amazing music, they're just content listening to whatever garbage is in their face.

Hi! I know it’s a long shot that you’ll see this, but I wanted to say thanks for all the joy over the years. I first found y’all on your old twitch channel Super Game Boys back when I was in middle school and I remember y’all playing Mega Man and Star Fox and raising money to donate to a charity involving making things better for kids with health issues or something of the sort. And then in one stream I tuned in on you guys mentioned that you had a channel where you posted guitar covers of video game songs, and I thought y’all were so cool, and I still do. I remember asking in the chat one time if y’all knew Game Grumps and you said you did and would love to work with them on something some day, fast forward like 5 or so years and when I saw y’all made an acoustic cover album with Danny it put the biggest smile on my face. I’m so proud of y’all and how far you’ve come and happy to see you both still jamming together. Keep on keeping on, Same and Steve. Once again, thank you both🫶🏻💗✨

i just bought a guitar again after 7 years. started guitar with you guys and learned piano too because of my passion of music at the time. i went through a rough childhood and ended up coming out as trans not too long ago, when i was 20. loved your guys videos and ended up scoring a wedding ggi with a teacher from my school, turned into a after graduation job. i focused on piano and kinda left guitar behind but ive been getting nostalgic and bought one, came back here to see you guys are still making videos. man i remember the ninja gaiden video and the hand slowly coming into frame xD hilarious as always and its what kept me coming back. guess i was 14 back then. the time flies, im 26 now. i hope you guys are doing well and i hope you continue your passion and inspiring others like you did me. you guys encouraged me to find others who share the same passion and build a foundation for myself during a rough time in my life as i started guitar and my music career with guitar and you guys when i was in middle/high school. now i professonally play piano for weddings, partys, ive been in a few classical competitions, and i even played guitar at a few weddings when i started my work before i left guitar behind. but i found your guys videos recently and it just hit really hard that were all getting older, and time is passing us by. i couldnt help but pick up a guitar and im going through all of these with my husband to learn together. its been a fun ride guys and i hope to continue seeing your success in the near future. and im sure theres so many more memories to come
