    In this video, I shared 5 delicious and cozy christmas drink recipes that you can make at home:
    Gingerbread Latte, Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte, Caramel Brulee Latte, Peppermint Mocha, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha.
    First we prepare the syrup or sauce, then we make our Christmas drink(all the recipes are in the video and description)✨

    🎀 Gingerbread Syrup:
    _ Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 2 Tbsp molasses
    • 1 Tsp ground ginger
    • 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 Tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 Tsp ground cloves
    • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup water
    _ Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan add the sugars and water, and stir.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately
    reduce the heat to a simmer.
    3. Add in the spices, molasses and vanilla extract and stir.
    4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved
    and the mixture slightly thickens, stirring very often.
    5. Then remove from heat, let it cool down.
    6. Transfer it into a mason jar or an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2 _ 3 weeks.

    🎄 Gingerbread Latte ⭐
    • 2 Tbsp gingerbread syrup
    • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
    • frothed hot milk
    • whipped cream (optional)
    • cinnamon powder for sprinkle
    • a gingerbread man for garnish
    .
    🎀 Sugar Cookie Syrup:
    _ Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 Tsp almond extract
    • 1 Tsp butter extract (optional)
    _ Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan add the sugars and water, and stir.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to a simmer.
    3. add in the flavorings and extracts, and stir.
    4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved
    and the mixture slightly thickens, stirring very often.
    5. Then remove from heat, let it cool down.
    6. Transfer it into a mason jar or an airtight container
    and store in the fridge for 2 _ 3 weeks.

    🎄 Sugar Cookie AlmondMilk Latte ⭐
    • 2 Tbsp sugar cookie syrup
    • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
    • frothed hot almond milk (or milk of choice)
    • whipped cream (optional)
    • christmas sprinkles for garnish
    .
    🎀 Caramel Or Caramel Brulee Sauce:
    _ Ingredients:
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 6 Tbsp butter
    • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 Tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup cream
    _ Instructions: 1. Pour the sugar into a dry, medium-sized stainless steel saucepan, and cook the sugar over medium heat.
    2. Swirl the pan occasionally, until the sugar melts and begins to caramelize and turn a deep amber color.
    3. Once the sugar has completely melted, immediately add the butter and reduce the heat slightly. Whisk constantly until the butter is completely melted. If the butter separates a little from the caramel, don't worry.
    4. Remove from the heat and carefully whisk in the heavy cream, then add in the salt and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth. Your caramel sauce is done! (let cool 10-15 minutes before using).
    5. Store cooled caramel in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.

    🎄 Caramel Brulee Latte ⭐
    • 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
    • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
    • frothed hot milk
    • whipped cream (optional)
    • caramel brulee bits for garnish
    .
    🎀 Peppermint syrup:
    _ Ingredients:
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 Tsp peppermint extract
    _ Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan add the sugars and water, and stir.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to a simmer.
    3. add in the peppermint extract, and stir.
    4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved
    and the mixture slightly thickens, stirring very often.
    5. Then remove from heat, let it cool down.
    6. Transfer it into a mason jar or an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2 _ 3 weeks.

    🎄Peppermint Mocha⭐
    • 2 Tbsp chocolate sauce
    • 1 Tbsp peppermint syrup (or 1/4 Tsp peppermint extract or a peppermint candy cane)
    • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
    • frothed hot milk
    • whipped cream (optional)
    • chocolate shavings
    or crushed candy canes for garnish
    .
    🎄Toasted White Chocolate Mocha⭐
    • 2 Tbsp white chocolate sauce
    • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce or dulce de leche
    • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
    • frothed hot milk
    • whipped cream (optional)
    • sprinkles or shaved white chocolate for garnish
