@@ahagainstallodds8534that’s so true, back then everyone was in awe of outer beauty and the whole contest etc, it entertained people, whereas times have changed and peoples thinking have evolved, nowadays people think miss world or any beauty pageant is very misogynistic and creates standards and stereotypes for beauty and puts a lot of importance on outer beauty, which now people have learnt to not believe in anymore, ethically and morally people have improved more and thus the deferring of such pageants started happening and less people started watching them or showed interest in them

I think she is a Gift to us. She was always grace personified, So much that if you cannot get it in you, start calling it plastic. She is beautiful inside out. Beauty of her soul shines on her face. Intelligent, well worded and well brought up. Credit goes to her parents. You see her mother. She is so simple. She comes from a humble background too. Aishwarya was always above average. I think that year Sushmita Sen another great woman I admire won Miss Universe pageant, so the focus and limelight was given more to Sushmita being a bigger title. Like how she was middle class and all. All these women are self made.
