I think its similar to ballet. They use spotting when they turn, so they can maintain her balance.

There is a trick , your eyes should be focused at only one point. At 3:25 watch closely (at slow speed) her eyes are focused only at her partner.

That’s what it was a flip. As an ex-pro dancer, dancing for me is about a. Physical expression of music, not athletic manoeuvres that look more suited to an athletic performance at the Olympics, than a performance that lasts 90+ minutes. Yes the moves were pulled off, is that dance?

What so you wanted them to be another "basic" hip-hop group you pick up off the street. I've seen the same dances to the same songs 1000 times but this was something completely different. You're basic if you think the Lab or any other group was more "unique" in any way...

5 had such a clear storyline throughout their dance, as well as they made no mistakes with their movements and the stunts were amazing they should have been 1st in this video as well as in the competition

I freaking loved the Fabulous sisters....theirs was pure art every-time, so much synchronization(they moved like one body), creativity and originality in their routines. I am not much into dance but their performances always left me mesmerized and at awe.
#5 should've been #2. They were INCREDIBLE! Fabulous Sisters were SENSATIONAL!!!!!! Deserving #1 spot!
I think they were going worst to best out of the 5.
If you look at the judges scores, one of the judges was underscoring without reason. He would say I have no improvements to tell you and that they are amazing, then give an overall score well below the other judges. He was also overscoring their competition. If you have more accurate scores to both groups it would have been a tight race and either could have easily won, since both were amazing groups, but I guess we will never know. They deserve a fair score or at least explain why you gave a lower score.
Number 1 is pure contemporary dance ART!!! Choreography!!!! Check!!! World Classs!! Theatrical!!!

#4 Michael Dameski was THE most evocative and moving performer, all because he had to make you feel and know everything he was going thru by himself. No others to work with, emote against, show or explain with. He made you know EXACTLY how he felt, and wanted you to feel, in that song. Plus, he is an excellent dancer and his showmanship was superb.
That Swan Dive Michael Dameski did was crazy elegant and so beautiful 😍😍😍😍. He literally floating and flew.

The performance by the Fabulous Sisters was perfection! The amazing music, the expressive movements that went so well with the music, and the beautiful costumes and how they were incorporated into the dance. My favourite of all WOD! Thanks for posting.
0:54.....I'm...I'm just speechless. W.O.W. #4 was beautiful and fantastic and incredibly talented, but if this list is ranked in order with #1 being the best, then I'd put the #5 dance ahead of some of the others. It was breathtaking and jaw-dropping.

In singing performances, great singers make my skin get goosebumps. I have never experienced it watching someone dance. I'm amazed with what people can do but never goosebumps. Today, that number 1 performance by the Japanese.

Number 3 was the best performance ive ever on the show. That wasn't even the Lab's best performace that season. I believe there finale performace with the desk was the best. Also Les Twins 2nd Performance is my Second favorite ever.
