About the first performer--I've never seen juggling done like this. A lifelong talent, he re-wrote the rules on juggling and set the bar higher.
The homeschool kid signing that hilarious song. Was a straight up entertainer. We don't have a lot of those anymore, the show men, who sing comedy songs, and just entertain. The Johnny Carsons of the world. We need more of that. There's no real mainstream outlet for them, but maybe on youtube

There's one thing that really annoys me with the judges, an act comes on, which they are given strange looks and then when the performer(s) do their act, they are totally shocked. Didn't they ever get taught to never judge a book by its cover?

It says in the script when the red light is on, the camera will zoom on your face and you have to make a weird looking expression... so they do it....
If you watch other "Got Talent" shows from other countries they do the same thing there.... The writers and directors of the show decided to make it this way... ask them why xD
The judges just play the roles... every judge has a specific role that they have to play out... like their character has to be funnier or more strict and judging or more forgiving and lovable... depending on their role....
It's all scripted, haha xD

The juggler was awesome to watch. You don't see too much of that and I think it coming back will make a big success. Takes a lot of practice and dexterity to do all that.

That Japanese dancer was incredible. I want to know how he just lifted himself up like that. It takes a lot of balance, flexibility and strength.
He was the champ that season. He just got better and better as the show went on . He was my favorite to win and voted for him every time!
he used a coat hanger and placed it inside his coat. but on that hanger, it has two sticks from each end of the hanger and connects down to make a 'v' shape. and he wore the coat with the hanger inside and all had to do is lift the hanger from the 'v' and that makes the effect of the coat lifting up thus making it look like his head fell off but in reality, he just lifted his coat.

A long time ago I worked for cirque du soleil as a student during holidays. At that time, the first man (Victor) was one of the main artists that toured for cirque du soleil. It's been ages. Rumour has it that Victor was in the guiness book of world records. There was a kid, (maybe 10yo) who followed him around. People said that was his apprentice. Really a lot of rumours. He's a legend.

Viktor Kee was a featured act in a Cirque Du Soleil touring show; when I saw him the first time, I was flabbergasted. He didn't even do all of his best tricks here. He is world class.

I do remember those guys and it was NOT A SURPRISE AT ALL! They came out looking and acting the stereotypical street-tough gansta rapper personas so I knew they were going to end up singing some Broadway or old fashioned musical number. I did not guess "Over the Rainbow" but I was right that they were just playing up an act to "surprise" the judges.
I thoroughly enjoyed that!
