Carmen I agree with you on this. Singing from a night club in the 20s and 30s late at night around 2am or 3am is a perfect time to sing these types of songs. In her quarter finals and semi finals she did just that, singing songs in this era.

Amazing Alice was just turned down by the voice, but I bet it was that heartbreak that put her whole heart into this performance, she put so much into this and it grabbed so many hearts, absolutely love her.

Haha, so not true! Some of the best stars are arrogant but they can act or sing phenomenally. And people may start out kind and humble but then fame and money change them.
It’s because she was on the voice first and didn’t make it. But the show delayed airing till after this. Made it look like she didn’t have stage fright. Was a big thing. She was so scared and nervous from what happened on the voice and people took it as she was faking it. But if I was denied on voice and went to agt I would want to go alone and would be scared poopless.

Scott, with one song, Dancing on My Own, created a world of his own, that opened up to us.
Kevin singing If Tomorrow Never Comes after being basically laughed at, was easily the most emotional, powerful and beautiful performances I have ever seen. The man sang from deep inside his heart. Listen to all the other artists who have sung this song including Garth Brooks, and what is missing is the emotional power this man put into that song. Just look at how moved and captivated the audience was listening to him sing that song.

When she appeared on The Voice UK she came in full of piss and vinegar, self-confidence (or fake self-confidence) radiated out of her. Her singing wasn't bad but not nearly as inspired as this performance. Anyway, as mentioned no one turned and I think her confidence tanked for awhile. Her next performance she didn't seem quite so demure.
