As a dancer, i can promise you that every single person in that room started out feeling how you feel. The phrase "fake it til you make it" sounds cheesy but it's so true. Sometimes you gotta ignore your insecurities and just focus on having fun. And it works. And your confidence builds as time passes. So hey if you like dancing, I hope this helps ❤

Not sure why I was recommended this but the first one on the right (of the screen) for all 3 sets are my favourites. Their movements and timing are so satisfying.

I was (of course) watching/envying the dancers (because good camera work just REALLY immerses you in what you're watching, and these are some talented dancers) ...but there's that moment where the camera circles around behind them and shows the dancers reflected in the mirror and it's timed juuuuust right. You can't see the person working the camera, and... it's just a damn fine mix of choreography and cinematography right there!

I love love love Jojos work. Some people would say that her choreography is too vulgar but really.. it's the opposite. It empowers women. I can only imagine how much confidence everyone walks out with after her class. I truly wish I did dance when I was younger. My dream is to go to one of Jojos classes
