Finally reunited with my boys Mehdi Mamine and Arnaud Boursain and this time in Los Angeles !!! We've come a long way.. Those two were the first guys in heels to come take my classes back in 2010 in Paris when nobody trusted me or new my name! Loyalty is everything to me and if you dont get that.. move out of my way bitch!!! Anyway, I don't tell them to often that I love them.. but this video just makes me proud and smile!

When it comes to feminine dance, Yanis is one of the best choreographers on the planet, bar none.
Love this choreography. The first group of dancers seemed to feel the music and communicated a fun sensual attitude with their movements. Very arousing! The girls were strong competent dancers, but seemed to slightly rush the moves, not leaving time to build or communicate the intended feelings of the song. One to watch again and again.

The thing with heels is that you have to emulate a feminine energy. What I love about the first group is that they were very fluid with their movements yet still strong. It captured the very essence of what the song was trying to convey. Feeling vulnerable that you left your man but still desperate enough to try to get him back. Having hope by bringing a little sexy out in you but still being reserved. The second group in my opinion showed more of a confidence and too strong which in my mind isn't the song at all. Still the second group was good but I wish they would've been more fluid with it... Like Danielle polanco is when she does heels. Completely agree. The second group much too aggressive. Yanis dances sensually and with fluidity making it beautiful to watch. Strange though that men can dance in a more feminine fashion than women.
