Recovering from R-knee surgery (2nd in 22 yrs). Video makes me cry. Danced since age 3 yrs old, now 59. Did those moves for years, blew my knees (arthritis didn't help). But video is motivating me to dance while I'm in recovery, just starting PT a long painful, hard recovery! Lost half my meniscus, the cushion in my knee joint. Dancing makes me feel free and young!!! May I always keep the beat and do a little twirl the rest of my days! Amen! 🕯🙏💃💥

I can't stop watching this video. The first 40 times I concentrated on the ladies' movements and grace. Now I'm concentrating on the leading ladies' faces while they dance. So much concentration and beauty. Especially Liana! Her face goes from a resting 8, to a 10 in an instant, with any expression. Then when she smiles!!!! A scale of 10 will not suffice..... So much feminine grace and power on display here. Very impressive!!! I use this video relax and energize. It makes me feel ready for the day's next challenge. Thank you, ladies. You are amazing.

Watching you is the best example of the whole exceeding the sum of all its parts. That smile you give after you knock your fists onto you thighs. The crying face you make. It is unbelievable. This is so amazing. They are moving so robotically but elegantly, like a windup toy. You see variations, but it's like they need to "be wound up to continue the silly song and dance and they are pissed at not being able to stop" and get a breather.

I used to dance all night in stilettos and it hurt. They're are "Dancers Stilettos" which look more comfortable.
I never tried them but they're elastic in the arch if I'm not mistaken at least all the dance shoes I've seen.
Otherwise man your feet swell and throb. Plus I wasn't pro but pretty good for a freestyle in high heels.

Liana the first dancer the choreographer, who I learn from some of the comments left here is brilliant, her timing the movements ( even her lovely hair dances perfectly to the music ) and the expressions, she is a fantastic dancer moving with great expression to the lyrics of the song.
