@patricknesbit2334 good luck, may need to be replaced. Mine is still going on the same junk belt a year later. Thinking about giving her a full tune up though seeing how these videos do so well.
@@The.Odyssey thank you! I've found if treated correctly most riders can last a long time and limp along on less than ideal belts. Good luck with the overhaul!

Mine runs like the baldes turn snd everhthing, but the mower won't move like you said except mine doesn't budge an inch, any suggeetions or does this fix that too?

In other words, yes, the blades can work without the drive. There is a different belt for each system.

I had an issue until I applied the brake and that took all the tension off the belt, and I could just put it on by hand.

How did you bypass the seat safety
@juandelreal91 the clutch / brake does that for cranking the engine. Outside of that, if your question is to specifically know how to bypass the seat switch you need to complete the circuit for the 2 wires going to the switch.
I cannot seem to find this mystery cheater switch but I have a YTH24V42LS. Any ideas? I’m so close!
The clutch/brake pedal pushes it. Just follow everything that moves when it is pushed and you should find it. I believe it was pointing down from the frame if I remember correctly

Yes... 3 boulders brake checked me. There is a parts truck that donated many parts to the white one that might be seen off to the left in this video that will be taking the drivetrain out of her. One of the upcoming projects on the channel.
