PVC is not used in Europe due to toxic aspects, especially in manufacturing, burning and disposal. But it is widely used and available in USA because it was standardized back in the 50s. I've made lots of crazy flutes - yours is very impressive!

If it's not a secret, do you have a blueprint for this flute? What is the range of its sound? I would like to make a transverse flute with a large range of sound.
