The one thing I have realised over time is that sometimes less is better. Our Ug dishes have taste because we use less spices which sometimes kill the original taste of what's being cooked. I have tasted some of the over flavored dishes and I concluded ebyaffe biwooma.

Vegetables were already found in Africa. Don't let the muzungu confuse you guys. See an extract from the old testament.
We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick: but now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.
Numbers 11:5-6 KJV

Is the milk drinkable?🤔
Yes please......its the Sam milk you take..
I don't believe the milk is reusable, after the liver has soaked in it. The milk is meant to pull all the impurities out of the organ, but 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
We poured away the used milk....the one she added into the stew was fresh....
@@EatingTheAfricanWay haven't got to that part yet 🤣🤣🤣 It's taking me 2 months to watch this with my internet. 🤪😜🤪😜🤪😜
Maybe your caption should say soacked liver in milk instead of cooked liver with milk. I didn't see her adding milk to the liver. Instead she soacked it in the milk then discarded.
I'm going to show my wife this video
When ever I tell her to prepare for me something
She's always like baby I can't cook do you want me to spoil my nails how come this lady is cooking nicely with her nails 😂
