Nigeria 🇳🇬 food is so delicious 😋. I've eaten Ewa Agoyin, Ewedu, Egusi Soup 🍲, Jollof Rice 🍚, and Banga Soup 🍲. Etc... Okra originated in Africa 🌍. I'm a Black ⚫️ Man from America 🇺🇸 and now I enjoy 😉 eating with my hands ✋️ mostly.... Bro. Nikk, find out all the restaurants in Africa 🌍 (all 54) that are not in Uganda and contact them (a famous chef there) and invite them to open one in different cities in Uganda...... Since all the food is African in essence... Respect Beloved Soldier! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I respect your interest in your brothers foods from Nigeria 🇳🇬..... 👏 👏 👏 👏

Nigeria has the most diverse cuisine of any country in Africa. With over 250 distinct ethnic groups ,the variety of food is amazing. Trying Nigerian food in a restaurant in far away Nairobi doesn’t really make for good review. The waitress should also have guided you how the meals are eaten. You practically mashed up the whole thing. Finally, what you have in that restaurant’s menu is less than 20 per cent of available food in a typical Nigerian restaurant.

If the meat is done, with great flavor but a bit “chewy”, “tough”, “hard” or “dry-ish” it has either been cooked quickly and should’ve been cooked slower and longer…
For me, I love meats that are stewed or roasted to be cooked consistently under a low fire and for a few hours…. At least 5-6hrs… that’s just my preference and how I cook my meats… 😊

Nice presentation of the food. Another great video.
    Something different today.
When eating slimy or sticky food, lift the bowl with a cloth if it's too hot and dish next to or above the plate.
Okra is standard African food. I love it, it's also common in Southern Africa.
Nigerian food isn't actually Nigerian food. Most of West Africa like in Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast and etc are similar or related.
