Linda is the kind of auntie that's truly built different. Hair and make-up done, looking like a 5-course meal. She probably is closer to your age than any other aunty in your church, extra points if you watched them grow up from their middle/high school years, and all of a sudden they have a master's and a kid.
Labake and Beke are the kinds of aunties who you always wanna say hi to. They're so nice and friendly, and you love talking to them. You don't mind their kids or you actually like hanging out with their kids. She has that cool older auntie vibe.
Now Marcia is the kind of auntie if done prostrate well well (I mean knees/stomach should hit the floor for 2.5 seconds) then you have EMBARRASSED your parents. Must be respectful at all times. But she's also super loving and accidentally funny.
Anyways don't take any of these seriously. This is what these women remind me of based on my own experience. ALSO, I can't be the only one who heard "orobo" instead of "'orrible".
Yes o she said orobo. Back home, orobo chicken is considered flavourless compared to regular chicken. Basically chicken altered in some way to have more flesh or so. So maybe she was trying to say the chicken didn't have that much flavour. It relies heavily on seasoning.
Yes it is called orobo chicken back home
These ladies remind me of my grandmother and her sisters. No matter how good it was they never liked each other's cooking.
Marcia was the nicest to the others n they did her soo dirty đđ

Righttt!đđ
I belive her food is nice and these women don't know what they are talking about, I've never seen an auntie that looks like that cook bad food. She probably makes it the traditional way that my mum does but the younger generation added their own modern style to jollof rice, so they probably find hers boring but I think for me that would be the best

Facts
@@DJ-cm8xj itâs not actually âbadâ, itâs just not the norm or what you would see all over the country. Youâll only see it when someone âmodernâ wants to switch it up in their home. We normally use parboiled (usually long grain) white rice.
I have used basmati every other time but would not serve it in a jollof competition because itâs not the default lol. Basmati also changes the taste a little, just makes it different
I must say, I am Indian and I love Nigerian people/culture/food. I went to my Nigerian best friends wedding and they made me feel like I was one of the family. We all danced and chatted and ate together. Such lovely warm and happy happy people, just like my own culture. Iâve eaten in many Nigerian restaurants, I liked most dishes, unfortunately there is one dish that I really did not enjoy, itâs made from okra and I have never eaten anything slimy before. But everything else I loved.
Yeah I personally cannot eat okra alone, I need maybe two thirds scotch bonnet stew to offset it but yeah Indian culture has a lot of similarities and funnily enough Indian movies and weddings get a lot of traction in Nigeria. We have been tricked, deceived as a result of the curses of the law (Deut 28-64)...wake up and stop following the lies of the Gentiles that govern this world. True Israel is awakening.
I am no historian but I love researching and proving all truth. It was the so-called "Holy" Roman Catholic Church that banned us from reading certain books. Do not trust the Adversary's agents of deceit and destruction. The Catholic Church is not a good moral compass. Catholic meaning Universal.
They literally crusaded all over the world, had TMHâs people murdered, burned women alive, and made laws against poor people (peasants) from having translated Bibles and books of education in the past.

For one to be wise, You must research and READ, and educate yourself, AND prove ALL TRUTH. The only one to lead you is The Most High. It is good that we pray for you, and I do hope you pray for me as well. However, the decision is ours as to whether or not we fully submit to his will.
The Most High wants us to submit to his will through our own decisions. That is why the Messiah says if any man comes to me, let him deny HIMSELF. That is why the word also says to be transformed by the renewing of OUR minds. Thatâs why it says every man will have to give an account for what he hath done.
It is personal accountability and the sooner we accept this, the closer we will become to actually making the decisions that will make us submit fully to his will
And for those of you who deny the existence of The Most High or donât take the ancient scriptures seriously, you need to seriously wake up. Biblical prophecy is literally unfolding right before our eyes. This is not a game.

Linda has been in London too long; Sis said the smoky party Jollof smelt burnt. Bless her heart; she doesn't know any better. đ€Łđ
Exactly. True naija people know that the burnt part is the best part.
She knows nothing
I don't like smoky jollof rice but that's just me
@@SL-pg4dh facts
I concur
Why am I watching this... Different people different accents I love it so colorful personally it's things like this that make you appreciate all people
LOL, I've seen the 4 men try each others Jollof Rice and now this.
Both times each person almost never admits the others rice are good.
But one day I gotta go to a Nigerian persons party or at least get an invite to try some of this world renown Jollof Rice.
It seems like Bekeâs Jollof is the best. But I canât really tell because all the auntieâs are throwing shade at eachother đ
This is why I say there cannot be competition between Ghana jollof and Nigerian jollof. The food's taste depends on who cooks it. These women are all Nigerian yet they don't like each others food
Their way of cooking their jollof is just blasphemy
@@neverdowifeydutiesatgirlfriend stfu
its not really a real fight its just for fun. its like having a fight about whos dad is stronger
Factss
@don't care i mean youre entitled to your wrong opinions nigeria objectively has the best
Taste is a personal thing!!! Sometimes I can have a dish that I still remember, chicken&dumplings 92yrs old and no one has come close to her, and I've tried alot of different cook's!!!! 2021
Linda was laughing at everyone's food but her food..đ
Not me getting angry when they were coming for Marciaâs jollofđĄđĄ sheâs such a sweetheart

SAME
Y'all didn't even taste the food lmaooo
@@__-fk4jz Right! Iâm sorry if you serve me hard rice Iâm not gonna be happy đđđ

These are typical Nigerian aunties, theyâve probably exhausted the nice things they have to say for the day before they came here đ
Ok so its cultural?! Ha! I was left thinking "ok so who made rice that was close to nigerian?" Is this a culture where everyones mother makes whatever the best and everyone else's is awful?? Mexico does this too. Only our moms and grandmas make it right! Haha! Often, you go to a friend's home and have to make yourself eat.
I think is a POC thing. Here in the US, black/Hispanic people say the same thing and in the Caribbean too
@@miguelmarquez4192
There, of course, is always that one aunt who makes an absolutely phenomenal dish at every family gathering, and everyone makes sure that he gets to it right away before it is all gone.
Lol
"Father, what can I do?" in frustration is amazing.
these videos are always so interesting to me. it always gives me the feeling that no one know what they are doing but then I remember that everyones pallet and different parts of the country does things differently. A lot of mexicans dont count tacos with flour tortillas as tacos- but rather burritos. but sonora mexico uses a lot of flour tortillas and they are equally as mexican as the rest of the world.
Linda is one of those Nigerians that just HAS to win. Even if it involves putting others down. Too bad she didn't. Actually no. It's good she didn't win. She needs to be humbled
@F A right.
With the rubbish she cooked
The 'burnt' is what _makes_ jollofđ« people don't know what's right

abi. aunty just shift
Thank you!
Thank you!! When i heard that I wrote all of them off. I low key think that Aunty Marcia's Jollof would be good. When i saw the oil, I was like this would be good. How can the chicken be great but the rice not be great. Naaaa!! Aunty Marcia won for me.
Linda just doesn't know.
that party jollof hits so different its not even funny. If you dont get ur party rice n stew from some random auntie in the suburbs ion want it.
These Aunties are off the hook

I loved aunty Beke, she seems so sweet and clearly knows her stuff.
Totes. She seemed the most sincere and genuine to me for some reason and I can't even tell why!
Very true. All her critics were on point for me
Sheâs actually an amazing high-end caterer!
Yeah she was definitely the best at critiquing.

thank your god for having food in your plate, and thank people who cook for you...if i can eat it it is a 10...
Marcia definitely got the crowd majority. We would be honored to eat your loving meals and would also enjoy the time you share with us !
Sis made jollof rice with basmati, sheâs automatically disqualified
Will not pik her in 'the race draughts'!đ
Lmfaooo
no seriously, who makes jollof with basmati
It's so weird because there is such a sentiment that parboiled is the best personally I hate parboiled rice but my mother will not eat rice that is Jasmine or basmati I love jasmine rice I love basmati rice I can't stand parboiled but I eat it because that's what she cooks
No my friends mom makes hell of with basmati and itâs busssin lemme tell you that

Attention Nigerian aunties please bring some of this rice to my apartment, me and my cat would like some. Thankyou
The amount of shade and dragging means I donât know who actually made a good one

These women reactions are hilarious. Please give them a show. I want more of them. I really enjoyed these women.
the lady who had a full rant about how she hates sliced onions has my heart
Aunty Beke knows she makes high level Jollof rice. It looks very standard and up to par. The type of stuff that makes people's mouth water even though Linda said it didn't look presentable. You can tell Aunty Beke was smiling because she was imagining the smiles of people eating her food, plus she has Aunty Marcia's stamp of approval. That counts for a lot.
Exactly! When a lady of age gives you a 9 and says beautiful you know you did that.. Why can some women be so boujeeeeeeee like when they see oil or a big piece of meat on their plate and say its not presentable. That's REAL food with care and love.
The more I watch this the more I don't like Linda. Behaviour not necessary
Yeah she was my favorite here.
Auntie Beke married tho dang
Aunty Beke and Marcia were my favourites, Labeke was alright, Linda was plain mean.
Linda is talking about bay leaf and scotch bonnet like thereâs any other way to make Nigerian jollof loool
I like how the title says Nigerian aunties đđ thatâs all ima say lmfaooo and the food selections on this channel are always top tier
Their sarcastic laugh can literally make someone jump off of a cliff đ
