For some reason I thought the train gag in the Old Mill was the old rocking train sign from before they rethemed the train ride to Thomas lol. Gold Rusher makes more sense

I was just wondering that recently about the change in elevation in the tunnel and how one part of the roof is smaller than the other as well. I knew that about Racer's facade there's even a sign there mentioning about how old the facade is while you're in line. That little free fall in kiddie land I rode that when I was little and the last known evidence I have of it in the park was when my friends son rode it I took a picture of him on it. That is cool, I was wondering about that Saturday when walking by that in Thomas Town. Some really neat remnants! WOW! I was surprised some of them I knew though. The next time if I ever sit out a ride and while waiting I'll walk around certain area looking for a remnant.
Not only that the larger Gold Rusher spider was added into Ghostwood Estate in 2017, the two posts on either side of the Gold Rusher's waterfall are still visible and non-themed inside of Ghostwood Estate's second room, where a new floor had to be installed to fill the gap.
This is the best video yet. My first time riding the Whip as a Whippersnapper was in that old pavilion. I loved it so much as a youngin. I remember when it went to lost Kennywood, I still liked it, but not as much.

The tiki faces on the side of the parkside cafe are another remnant of King Kahuna/Volcano Valley

The aero line is not leftover from the Wonder Wheel. The Wonder Wheel took up a larger footprint than aero and some of the ride supports stood where aero line is now.

1. You did a very good job keeping the information new and not just copies of other videos.
2. I have been visiting kennywood my whole life, and know the park like the back of my hand, but I still learned a lot of new information.

1. Thank you! I really kept that in mind when making this video, and since I know a lot of information that hasn't been brought up yet, I decided to strike as hard as I could with everything I knew. Even I myself was getting sick of talking about Kennywood because I talked so much about it while making the video haha (15 hours)

It was always one of my favorite rides. I remembered begging my mom to let me have black and white tile floors and a strobe light in my room as a kid like one of the last rooms 😂

No actually, that has always been a candy store in recent times. The Rotor was located up towards Potato Smash (Gran Prix) to the left of it. It would have been where the Sky Rocket exit is today.
i can tell you with certainty that the arms you can see on the side of the jack rabbit were from their refurbishment of the kangaroo another one of our classics that they took out for a year

I knew all the stuff. Pretty cool if you ask me. You forgot about the old pool where lost kennywood is today.
I didn’t forget, I just didn’t include it because I already talked about what felt like hundreds of remnants and I didn’t want to bore anyone with adding anymore than what I had already added.
Can you explain where the Rotor used to be and what’s there now? I kind of thought that gift shop is on the spot of the old Rotor.
If I recall correctly, I believe the Rotor once was located between Gran Prix and the Turnpike’s track. Like up on that hill where Sky Rocket’s station is now. But don’t take my word for it, as I wasn’t around back then to know for a fact.

Yep! They’re there and running just as good as they were last season, maybe even better…
I think they completely renovated them this year . Wish they would have done that with a few other rides they recently took out

I knew some of these, but some were actually new to me! I actually did get to ride Kenny's skyway once during 2019, as I was there for a orientation to become an employee there. It was later in the day so I parked up top and the skyway was on my list so I got to ride it down. Actually was pretty fun and not as scary as I thought. (I never worked there as they wanted 10 hours from me at 6 days a week. But was at least pretty fun for a mega fan like myself.)
Actually the paddle wheel was replaced in 2004

This is 2024 can we talk about all the things Wrong and should be with Kennywood. Let's stop making it normal that this park is just outdated and sad. And in doing that maybe some type of demand you want to see more and better and bigger for a place that has so much land and so much to offer that probably won't never see it's potential!!! Most of the rides SUCK and are not fun. Definitely for kids. Not a Park targeted for adults as well as kids. The Thrills here are very mid-level. The coaster department is not very impressive or Innovative and lagging and so many areas. They have never seen a inverted coaster here so that's your pretty much sum up what's going on here. The flat rats are like fillers that will be put into a Cedar Fair. Yes we know kennywood's capacity is not that big but there is so much secret land and it can be huge. Yes we know it's built smack dead in the middle of a residential but if it was planned and done right it could be a very very nice place. It sucks and you know it sucks❤.
