- To keep his 15 rescue cats occupied, home builder Peter Cohen has constructed elaborate catwalks, tunnels, platforms and perches throughout his California home. This is one fun house you've got to see to believe.

see I would spend the 40000 to build it andd then my cats would take a look at it, then walk to an empty box and sit in it...
We also had worried that our cats would not want to use the walks, but they took to them from day one. They also love a good box:).
Lucky, I feel like cats often try to make our lives more difficult... :P
And btw what you built is absolutely amazing and I wish that my house was like it!!

This film was made 7 years ago so I can't help wondering how many fortunate cats now reside in this charming house. I can't think of any other species of animal that could inspire such wonderful creativity. It's like "Narnia" for cat's. It must be an absolute joy to live there whether your a human or a cat.

This is like the coolest house and best indoor cat habitat I’ve ever seen. Cats are very comforting and relaxing, love them. And they have such gorgeous cats, happy and kept active. God bless them.

Just love the way you have created a world of walkways and jumps for the cats to feel absolutely in their element. That is what cats do...they like to investigate, they’re inquisitive little creatures and like to get around quickly....you have enabled them to act out their curiosities and fulfill their instincts. What a wonderful little world you have created for them. This is such a sweet video to watch, love you guys, love your cats and hope you keep enjoying one another!

This makes my heart melt. This guy REALLY cares about his cats. He wanted to keep them safe, but they needed exercise, so he went out of his way to completely change his house.

Teach them to hunt mice and rodents, with a mixture of a slightly lower food supply. That is what I do with mine, and it is really effective! (They also have the added benefits of getting rid of local rodents and they get lots of exercise from the hunts!) :P

This is amazing! I love that there are such good people around that would give such precious animals such a wonderful life.
Their home also really suits all the ramps, bridges, etc. Along with the plants and decor it actually looks quite lovely.

I wish I could afford to do this. Having the heart is half the battle. Having the means and ability to create such vision is something few have the capacity to accomplish. Props to these amazing humans. Every pet deserves this same level of attention.
