In regards to that first review of The Last Wish and the villain being a psychopath with no regard for human life… well, duh. Jack Horner is CARTOONISHLY evil. He doesn’t gaf about his henchmen, and it’s ALWAYS presented as a bad thing… because he’s the villain. I’m pretty surprised they didn’t mention Death tho. If I was a kid I’d have been crying in the theater lol

Never seen Opennhimer before; though I can tell it's a well made movie just from some of clips I've seen and yea those ratings..outrageous.
terrifier 2 is one of the goriest movies ever to the point of making people vomit yet they gave it a 17+ and not a 18+.

You cannot just label yourself as a film critic, unfortunately - even if you are great at critiquing films world class, you'll need some certificate to prove it which is fair enough.
But unfortunately the 'certificate' to prove has gone a bit useless because even critics who somehow is a real film critic are doing a rubbish job and putting a bad name on film critics.
That's something that pisses me off about the Rotten Tomatoes, that site is misunderstood, now everyone thinks that all the critics are 'paid' and not even using critical thinking, and also these audience plebs think that critics reviews are their opinion which isn't true, film criticism isn't about giving people their opinion but a review from a film making perspective which is why the critic and audience scores vary. (Metacritic is better) Hold Metacritic? God their reviews are a big disaster, when you look at the bad reviews from critics, it looks like it was written by children, seriously, like they tap random stuff from the keyboard. How did this even slipped? Only good thing and the reason why I look at the metacritic is the scores, they are pretty accurate most of the time, for movies anyway.
