That's really good that Orange have sort of recognised you by sending you the pedal. They are prestigious, respected and 'stand alone'. Nice one.

@@thedavesimpson Hi Dave big fan of your guitar style playing, I was wondering how you you setup two 20 watt mini amp heads an orange micro terror and orange terror stamp together, how would connect them to one cabinet, do I need a aby switch to switch channels between them and if I buy an attenuator that’s for 8 ohms such as for 20 watts how do I connect them if I have basically two amps?

I used a Behringer UM300 (an HM-2 copy) for gain boost. Eventually, this will be used with my Blues/Rock/Metal board once I get a 2x12 cab. I just don't know which one yet. I need to see what is available in my budget.

Well....right now, it went out to a single Crush 12. Okay. But, not great. However, eventually, the Stamp will go out to a 2x12 cab (Brand TBD). So, that will fix that issue.

Orange stated this could be ran as a preamp like when you said it can be used as a pedal not just a amp. I wish (hint hint) that someone would take their guitar plug it up to the terror stamp, and into the front of a crush 120 solid state to see what tones they can get. I’m using a Blackstar ht boost valve pedal but I like the versatility idea of a terror stamp and I’m on the fence about getting one yet no one has done the vid I’m searching for lol.

Nice Dave!! I love the sound of it!!! Have you tried this with headphones? I'd love to know in order to play late at night in my small flat. I was considering the new katana headphones but they are really pricey and you can't use them live... Thanks for the amazing review!!!

Hey Dave, I was looking for the best solid state amp for metal and cleans. Can use pedals to help the tones. What do you recommend?

Awesome review Dave good to see you back. So On the Namm videos Ade kept saying it was a micro dark in a pedal but it sounds different to me. What I don’t understand or I haven’t been able to find the answer to is, Ade said it was a class AB power section but I don’t think the micro dark is it AB power section I think it’s a D class,do you know the answer? Thanks for your videos man you’re awesome.

Worth a tube upgrade to a JJ or maybe a cryo-tube?
