  • Hey everybod!
In this vid, I take you through my progress 6 months into my ACL rehab journey. This injury has given me the opportunity to connect with so many others who have gone through similar situations and has taught me how to overcome adversity. I have learned to work hard to prove to myself and everyone else that I won't be defined by injury. If you have any questions or want to talk, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or comment below. Thank you for being on this journey with me, I will be continuously posting updates for this comeback season!
    Love you guys!

Amazing journey! I tore my ACL playing indoor soccer on Dec 2nd. Surgery is on the 27th. With that being said, I'm pretty devastated but I know Ill bounce back stronger and return to soccer possibly by late summer. Also, I'm 42 but still kick butt on the soccer field as I've been playing since I was a kid! Very encouraging video!

Congrats on getting back onto the court, especially in only 7.5 months, that's incredible. Glad your faith held up through it as well. I'm no college basketball player, but somehow still ended up with the same injury, so we'll just have to see how it goes...

Will frequent this channel surely.

Hi Taylor your video is very inspiring, you put it a lot of dedication and hard work to get back to 100%. My daughter recently tore her left acl and is sad about not being able to play soccer. I will show her your video to inspire her to work hard and not to let her injury overcome her.
I have a few questions. What grade was your acl tear, partial grade 2 or complete tear grade 3? Did you get an acl repair or reconstruction? How was your surgery after about 6 months post surgery, did you have pain if you worked out too hard or played basketball? Have you had any issues after your acl surgery?
    Thank you

This Gives me a lot of Hope and Motivation, I just found out I completely Blew my ACL. I have my Surgery for March 15th. Happened playing ball in December. Went to Urgent Care for an X-ray and they said it was clear and to rest for 1-2 months. Hurt it again playing ball 2 weeks ago. Had MRI and they said ACL is Ruptured, MCL is stretched and swollen and I have bone Bruises…. I am so bummed.
Oh and to make matters worse. I was getting measured for a Knee brace and the nurse who was doing it said “Wow, You have such small legs” 😂😂 I am DEAD 😂
My wife Makayla had to cover her face from laughing so hard. Straight shaking, She looked like randy Jackson and Simon Cowell from American idol when a singer sucks. I was speechless.
Not to mention, I’ve been lifting so hard for 1.5 years. Time to change my workout routine, It’s not working. 😂 Might be the worst Roast I’ve gotten from a stranger in my life. I am cracking up thinking about it.

My son tore his acl and meniscus in August 2021. He is 16 and was a really good high school lacrosse player. He started on the varsity team at "x" position as a sophomore. He was devastated to lose his jr. year lacrosse season to the injury. He is now hitting the 8 month mark since surgery and has been doing rehab. He says he feels great and wants to play lacrosse his senior year. I use to really enjoy watching him play before the injury. However, now I am totally apprehensive about him playing again. Your video is very inspirational, but the thought of him possibly going through this again his senior year scares the hell out of me. Do you think it is worth it to play again? Thanks.

You should not come back to fully playing sports that soon.
Statistics show people who come back before 9 months from acl surgery are around 7x more likely to retear.
You should always be patient and stick it out longer and rehab longer to minimize reinjury as much as you can👌🏼

Tore my ACL and meniscus, post opp 3 months now. I’m a little behind due to no weight Bering while the meniscus healed. Hamstring is super weak from the graft. A good pop at full extension which is frustrating. Did you have much cracking or popping? Such a long and slow process, I’ve had cancer and that seemed easier.

Hi Taylor, I have recently torn my acl, too 😢 and now have to decide between fiber tape repair vs. Quad graft vs hamstring.
The first acl treatment that re ruptured in your case which one was that? Were you happy with it before rerupture?
Will the knee ever feel normal again as in that you don’t even have to think about it when walking? 😢😢😢
