Lip lift makeup is probably not for every day.
However this technique can help to lift up the corners
of your mouth without surgery, and in case you think that your upper lip is downturned or too thin. Or if you feel that today your face is swollen and some unwanted shadows are shown.

I don’t know what I would do without your videos! You’ve brought me from messy mascara and muddy nose contouring to smooth, clean and precise makeup that’s accentuating my features rather than trying to totally adjust them.
Do you think you could do a tutorial on false eyelashes for different eyeshapes or even application in general, sometime in the future? I’ve gotten into using falsies as of late, but have been noticing that some 5-star rated luxury lashes look HORRIBLE on my eyes.
I hope Aly does that! A lot of fake eyelashes are way too overpowering on my hooded eyes; still need to find the perfect pair...
always trim them to fit the shape of your eye! sometimes they are too long ( the band ) and don’t fit us like they should
What kind of light color product which she used after concealer? Was it a highlighter or concealer?

This was such a lovely, clear explanation of a classic technique! In my experience, most people mistake Marilyn's lip look, when they try to copy it, for something more like Lucille Ball in "I Love Lucy".

Cannot wait to try this! Mature drooping mouth makes it difficult to apply lip liner.
I'll have to try this out. I naturally have full lips with corners that curve down and they can somtimes look drooped down when wearing lip color. I've always wanted to lift them but never really knew how to approach it. Thanks for the video!

Hi Aly, I love your body type series! Could you do one on blouses and tops for the body types (not just sweaters)? It would be great because it is spring in the US now! (Actually, it feels like summer here in NYC this week!) Also, one for skirts would be amazing, too. I'm either a flamboyant natural or soft dramatic, and I finally realized A-line skirts did not go with my body type. Especially if they're too short. They make me look little girl-ish (I'm almost 5'10", 155 lbs). Another great video you should do is makeup for the body types. I also have hooded eyes, and am wondering if instead of doing neutral eye shadows (I basically bought the 4 color compact of eye shadows you use from MAC), I should just use mascara and go for a bolder lip? Otherwise, I feel like even when I do my makeup, I don't look polished that much. Thank you again for your videos!

Hi Aly, could you make a video about disguising deep indents in cheeks under the eye bag line? They create a slight shadow that cuts the cheek into sections. For reference Maggie Gyllenhaal has them, I also have them and I can't figure out how to draw attention away from them using makeup.
