    Matt, I love how you have set the bar high for flashlight videos. Thanks for the time you put into making them. Hands down the best I have seen (and I have seen a LOT over the past 12+ yrs). Thank you. My best thrower to date is the Thrunite TN32 and this kills it with ease! Although the TN32 is a work of art and one of the nicest looking flashlights I own to date.

For the price some of the convoys like the 3×21D, which I have along with the L8/L7/4×18A. But out of all of them my K 75 and Nightcore TM 39 are my favorites. great, great review!
    maybe its me but throwers are somehow useless if to powerful. i owned a Nitecore P30, the regular one and i was blinded by its light. the beam coming from the flashlight made for me impossible to see well at distances that in daylight are petty, like 400-500 meters. i cant even imagine how could i see at one kilometer and a half eith that big beam right in front of my eyes!
    for me the only way to see that far is if someone else hold the flashlight, few meters right or left of me. im using several quality flashlights, most of it flooders. i like the pattern and temperature of Olight Seeker 2 Pro for riding bycicle, for example.
    i would love to buy K75 but im afraid it will be useless.
    edit after almost an year of owning it: its mostly useless but is so fun to play with it. its mostly a toy, a very enjoyable one.

  • @maybelater8600
    @maybelater8600 Před 4 lety +1

    I don't find the comparisons like the one at 9:18 too relevant. The left image is obviously brighter, but since the flashlight is close to the cam, you probably only see the beam itself. It would make more sense to move the light away from the camera (maybe 100m) or film the building from a close distance.

      I have this light you could definitely run it for more than 60 seconds. If that would bother you, you can shut the light off and turn it back on again to get more runtime. This is and still will be for many years probably one of the greatest throwersin the world. Nightcore has a TM 39, which runs on turbo for more than two minutes with no problem.

    Doesn't look like it reached the 3000 and 3400m targets, at least not with usable light.) Hard to tell because the beam is in the way. Best way to find out is to have a second person at those sites to see. They'll definitely see a bright light source pointing at them that's for sure.
    I have this light myself and it's great! I think ideal range for it is around 300-1000 meters.

      I like to shoot my long range comparison photos with the flashlight and the camera on separate tripods, as far apart as I can get. Otherwise the bright beam gets in the way and it's hard to see how much of the light is really getting on the target. czcams.com/video/pU8Y-NuJ4SE/video.html
