@@shanewright344 Oh I forgot PG. It seems like Bandai give water slide decals on some MG and PG. not on RG and HG. But yes they have many sell separately. Also There are many 3rd party brands selling water slide decals. I bought them a lot as you can see on my early video.
Did you get cracks when panel lining? I used Tamiya and mr.hobby panel line, both got cracks when I used them on some plastics 😢 I’m not sure if it was because the plastic was too thin? Or added too much panel ink? Or leaving it to dry for too long? Or used too much panel wash? 🤯 How can you panel line yours on different model kits and seems so smooth? 🥺
Yes I have experience cracks before. The key is amount of ink. I normally tap on tissue paper then tap on the part. Also From my experience, most cracks happened when ink stuck in seam line rather than panel line. When ink stuck in seam line, it takes longer time to dry which means more time to erode plastic. It could happen when you do panel line after assemble. It is better to do panel line before assemble for some parts. if you are not sure, just do panel line on each part first then assemble later. I hope this will help.

may i ask what paint you used to color the clear plastics like the eyes? Also, how do you deal with joints when spraying the clear top coat matte? thanks!

@@froiedwardpeligrino8887 I think we probably cant avoid that but we can make them smoother. Here are some tricks that i always do. First, stick them on even surface, dont stick on panel line or uneven surface. If the stick is too big you can trim it. Then, use cotton brush press and rub on sticker to make sure that it complely stay flat and stick on the part. Then, apply flat topcoat. It makes sticker and plastic stay same flat tone. So, you cant clearly see the edge of sticker.
It only appears in novel. It is the same mobile suit with Wing Gundam tv version. just like wing proto zero and wing zero custom. They are same mobile suit but different design

I miss the water slide decals that they used to have. I found them much easier to apply, but that's just my opinion.
I think both are fine unlike dry transfer decals. FYI They do give water decals on some MG and P-bandai kits.

@@jinwoo5182 Yes tamiya clear green. You can use masking tape to cover the joint that may be moved frequently.

Save cost man. I decided to just use clear sticker for RG.

Did you top coat the runners before assembling?
I dont topcoat on running. I cut the parts off then topcoat or topcoat after assembling.
