For the cake:
2 boxes of milk chocolate Betty Crocker cake mix
2 1/4 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup black coffee
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 stick of melted butter
8 eggs
1 box of instant chocolate pudding
For the frosting:
3 sticks of softened butter
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 packages of softened cream cheese
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4-5 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
5 cups of powdered sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all cake ingredients in mixing bowl and mix together until well combined
Grease and flour 3 nine inch pans
Separate the batter into all pans and bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out crumb dry.
Allow cakes to cool 10 mins. Level cakes with a knife and wrap in plastic wrap and freeze at least an hour
For the frosting whip butter until fluffy, add cream Cheese and blend well, add vanilla, the add one cup of sugar at a time and then add whipping cream until desired consistency is achieved
Frost and enjoy!
