For the love of God PLEASE follow a Kay recipe. It'd be so fun! Also I highly appreciate you being so wholesome about ribbing her. Some people just tear into her and it feels so mean spirited, but you recognize her for what she is. Just a nice lady having fun whether she's perfect at it or not! I know Kay - she looked after my grandmother for years towards the end of her life. She's every bit as kind-hearted and sweet in real life as she is in her videos. It's lovely to see so many people showing her kindness! Keep it going, she definitely appreciates it
Yeah she's mentioned being a carer! Importantly, carers in the UK are paid minimum wage, which is absolutely nothing and barely enough to live on. Kay is making the most of what she has. Well, not including the millions she makes from those amazing merch drops.
I unironically love Kay! She has actually improved in recent years and has gotten some new tools like nicer knives, better camera, etc. She’s still not a great cook by any stretch, but it’s nice to see her level up if only a bit!
I honestly admire her tenacity. She continues to try to do better despite the amount of people who have made fun of her online. So many people are scared to do something when they arent good at it but thats how you learn. Im so proud of the progress she's made with literally ZERO natural talent.

My old roommate and I used to play a Kay's Cooking "Drinking Bingo" -- Taking a shot/sip every time there was a shaky zoom, Kay was wearing a heavy metal tee, etc.) --it's a blast. She seems like the sweetest person and I love her channel.
This is incredible. She literally gets the opposite conclusion any other person would get from anything. She decided not to use all of the tomato sauce because she wanted to save it, but then somehow, despite it being crunchy, concluded the problem was that there was too much juice. She also couldn't remember what the single step in the recipe that involves mixing ingredients was. I feel like she fell out of the sky like Mr. Bean.
