This is filmed in Seattle and I live here, I can’t imagine being able to afford to Uber to and from school every day that’s fucking insane idk what that heather girl is on but if your school bus doesn’t come to your neighborhood we have public transportation like everywhere here if she can afford $10 for an Uber she can afford $1.50 for a public bus
Some of my friends take like an hour and a half to get to school via bus or metro because their parents won’t drive them and they make it work, I take the public bus to school myself and in Seattle it is some crazy fucking privilege for a 16 year old to take an Uber even once a day

i highly suspect jordyn is simply on the ASD spectrum, she seems to be a sweet girl. i laughed but i suppose for different reasons, she sounded like my internal monologues sometimes LMAO she j said what was on her mind no filter (probs due to the stress of filming, with strangers, and overstimulation from the lights and set) and it offended everyone. i highly suspect her special interest is marine biology, as mine is tattooing. that’s what gives her solace and keeps her going despite our lack of bodily and social awareness sometimes. i was also annoyed by nina, she gave fake nice. then again i could just be misinterpreting social cues lol but jordyn was hilarious and made the episode despite the hate ong! she probs is interested in buddhism lol, though that does not mean she’s yet reached a point of enlightenment. she’s so hurt because autism is essentially constant hypersensitivity to everything inside and around you, like she mentioned at the end of the episode we often aren’t expecting our own reactions and wish we weren’t this sensitive more than anyone else does
