KUMIHIMO TUTORIAL Otibo + Kusari Genji 24

In this video, I show a combination of two braiding schemes: OTIBO + KUSARI GENJI for 24 tama (bobbins). At the end of the video, I show you two more variations: how to braid KUSARI GENJI in two colors and another variations with exchanged groups which I figured out by myself.

Yes, in order to use the hole length of your thread, you need an auxilary thread.

I am having trouble with the beginning of this braid. The second and third move. Need clarification please.

Hi Charlotte, mhmm, I don't understand why there is a problem.
2nd move: You move the strands toward your body, then you cross them and put them down. (This is a temporary position in this case.)
3rd move: You take the same strands and move them straight to the opposite side which is away from your body.
