Great Car ! I would suggest the victory function front fenders, they are like 15-20mm wider than stock so you could practically run a wider tire for the fronts . It’ll also look cool lol .

For future reference, it’s not “gas lines” it’s a filler neck and it’s just removing the 3 10mm bolts in the fuel door and pulling down the neck. Just to make it easier to access the bolts on top.
This is easily one of the best car builds going on rn in the community. Gives us morrrre😂🤙🏼

Since you’re already there why not to the tie rods aswell? It’s been fun watching this series, im doing something similar. Bought a 91 hatch with a b16a, took the whole suspension off and replaced every single bushing i could find with energy suspension, all control arms busings including new adjustable control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, brake lines, tie rods, solid traction bar and the last thing i bought where bc coils which im waiting to send back to get fixed because the order came out wrong. Im excited to try it out on track, i’ve never done a track day and doing it in my own “track car” feels crazy

Hey mate. Worth getting driveshaft spacers if you don’t have them already with the new diff. Lowered geometry on s2000s will wear out the inner cup of the driveshaft holder and potentially pop out the driveshafts if left unattended for too long.

So you set the rears at 6 rebound and 2 for compression, did you do the same for the front coilovers? I'm just asking because I got my set today for my S2K.
Btw what was the purpose of removing the bump stop from the coilovers? Extra compression travel?

Question. I had KW 3's installed in my 06 BMW 530Xit wagon.. I noticed on some big dips at highway speed I got a slight bang in the rear.. are the shocks tuned a little too soft?
I did ask for the car to be lowered but try to keep the most comfortable ride as possible..

Get yourself a stop tech brake kit
You know that KWs are always preset to the perfect functionallity of the exact car model you drive? So when you buy kw suspension, don‘t adjust them in first place, install them, take it for a ride and then adjust it to your style, most of the times, the preset is already perfect
