Can't wait to try these exercises! One question - should I stop doing push ups as part of my exercise routine? Or would push ups somehow help the pull up process?
I've read in other places that push ups work muscles that would be counter to building the pull up muscles.

Hey Christopher! Pushups and pullups work different muscle groups. Pushups work the push muscles so think triceps, chest, and even shoulders! Pull-ups work different muscles (biceps and back). We recommend that you do both! You can also check out our free bodyweight workout sheet here! www.nerdfitness.com/bodyweight-yt/

how often should you 'train' for this, please? i.e. do the sequence every second day, every day... 3x a week?

3-4 times a week on non-consecutive days is a good frequency!
