  • Imagine that you've just had your home painted (or maybe you have freshly painted cabinets) and you're excited to show off your new look!
The first question is always...when will it be dry?
Chad and Toska break it down today for us in their Wednesday video!

Hey so I had my fender repainted with the same color code but for some reason it looks lighter then the rest of the car for example like the bumper. I understand that there’s always going to be a slight difference between fender and bumper but the difference is way noticeable on the side that was repainted then the other side that was untouched. Do I just have to wait and with time it’ll darken itself up. I’m not sure what to do and it’s driving me crazy because I could tell there’s a difference and I want it to be like the other side that was untouched

the property manager is painting tiles in my bathroom and she is so dumb and says after they paint the bathroom i can shower every day after they put a coat of paint on. she does not care if the project fails. she should lose her job.

I read it’s normal for flat paint to look a little darker when applied because the water creates a sheen… is there still water/sheen until it fully cures or just when is drying

Latex paints are made with water so yes until is cured water is present…my experience shows that most colors go on lighter and dry darker
