For all those wondering, the usb-c to usb-c cable that comes with the Arzopa portable monitor (certainly the 15.6; S1 Table) works when directly connected to the switch, so long as the monitor is also connected to a power source via a secondary usb-c connection. The usb-c you use to connect to your switch MUST be for both power/data AND visual data. The cables the monitor comes with (usb-c to usb-c) should work without needing connection to your switch dock, just directly into your switch.
Does it work with the dock too? I’ve read it hurts the switch’s battery life when it’s connected directly without the dock
very nice, wanted to see what it performed on with gaming and this definitely showed that!
Just got 14 inch version, it works great on the switch and surface pro x, it also works from rechargeable powerbank

@jasonbolanos4315 yes, I haven't changed any settings yet, so it may be better than it is, but out of the box it it works great on the switch

How does the monitor stay on for road trips? Does it need to be plugged into an outlet?
It can be used with a powerbank or even your phone..
But with dock it doesn’t work

any charger you have, even powerbank. if you have the charger from your switch console , you can use it
