Mine says no signal and then power saving mode when plug into the wall. Even hdmi is hooked to my laptop and lepow still power saving mode. What maybe the problem?

You actually don't need the Switch dock to connect to these monitors. A simple usb-c to usb-c cable from Switch to the port on the left-hand side works just fine.

True, and we didn't have one of those USB C to USB C cables to test with, thanks for pointing that out.

Instead of plugging the monitor to the wall I wouldve used one of the switch usb ports.
