i was a addictied facebook, tik tok, pubg, netflix,insta reels, youtube but i slowly stopped one by one, deleted fb account, pubg, netflix first and spent time only on instagram, youtube and gaming. then i stopped pubg because it became boring now and then it took 1 year for me to stop using instagram. quitting insta was my biggest achievement. i changed my habits to meditation, 30-minute exercise, reading self-help book, watching yt for both entertainment and learning new things. Believe me guyz i felt am Drug-free now. Our dopamine is ruined in this generation, only way to fix is to go back to old times.

Sir mai to jabse Instagram and Facebook ka account khola hoon i.e. since November 2023, maine apne aap se wada kiya tha ki in social media apps me sirf apne phone ke jitne bhi photos aur videos hongae, unko sirf khali krna h (bcz google drive me jo 15 GB milta h wo mere liye sufficient nhi h for long run cases) aur maine to apne Facebook aur Instagram ke notifications tak band krke rak diya h. Mai jab bhi chalane jata hoon bas photos and videos upload krta hoon(followers, likes, comments BHAR ME JAAYE).
