In our company there is no bonus paid on Dipawali. But they say Engagement Performance Bonus(EPB) and Performance Bonus this is is part of CTC they defined. Recently, I joined as a professor at a very famous university in Pune. I found a huge difference between the wording of the offer letter, the appointment letter, and the HR rule book. I mailed and asked for clarification in this regard. Nobody gave me an official explanation, and I refused the appointment after 4 days of work.
