With increases in electricity tariffs and inflation, I am sure NAPO is now using about 80% of his salaries to pay his electricity bills. Oh wait a minute, he is now a minister and with all that extra money made available to him he is able to pay for his electricity bills and still keep more than 100% of his salaries while the average Ghana suffers.
