MATT NEEDS TO SEE THIS!! First they found the key in the ceiling of blue base which was written down on the paper at 31:05 (863) Then, they found the key in the safe in the warehouse which was inside the filing cabinet in the REKT warehouse (RIP) or orange base. Although, that key code was not written on the paper at 31:05. Now, then they found the box of keys that was in the safe in the wall in red base. Here is the point, the person who hid the keys wrote down the two keys that were important or not important at 31:05. The TS5 key wasn’t written though, and I know why. The 863 key was not too hard to find but the TS5 was kinda hard to find and the 015 key they haven’t found because it is so well hidden. Now, the reason they were hidden like that means that they could be in the order of importance. They need to try and look for what the TS5 and 015 keys go to because i think that will show us clearly what this is all about!! I’m not gonna say like so Matt can see this but Matt needs to see this!!!

It's all fake and Matt is a terrible person. People believe that he is in real danger and that the police are doing nothing about it which in my opinion is just wrong. Also now he's making it so the only way to properly help him and his employees is to pay which will make people pay to try and see all the evidence. If this is in fact real then Matt needs to physically go to a police station for help. But more likely it's fake

Okay. Let’s evaluate motive for a second.
This guy (we’ll call him Syphus) had a map that led to the safe with the injector gun in it. Whatever was in it, one of the vials he injected into himself (assuming from the screams of pain). He had extensive, previously classified military records of a full-Scale machine that controls people’s minds. He had access to the old labs in red base (red key safe confirms), which means he could have some kind of scientific background. The paper documents also suggest some extent of military or government involvement with Syphus. And whoever he is, he is keeping *very* close tabs on all of you. I think this is some kind of shut down experiment to either improve or resist the effects of the “Telepathy Tower”, for lack of better name. When they got shut down, one or more of the scientists left a trail so they can regain access to their work. When you bought it, you guys became a risk, threatening to expose the project. They kept surveillance, even broke in to try and stop you from following the leads. It’s a bit of a stretch, and I’m welcome to other theories. Please like and reply so Matthias notices. Thanks everyone, and be careful Matt. There’s some very weird stuff going on here.
wrong the injector gun was left in it but they say how it would not close with the gun in it the serums were the only thing originally in the safe.
YES. I think he touched the broken vial and got burned, but you're on the right track about the CIA/Navy records. (Has anyone checked the local hospitals for acid burn victims on that night??) Keep digging. Remote viewing and Voice-to-skull transmission are very real projects by the CIA. I'd suggest calling the FBI but they'll just cover it all up and make it disappear. Hi5 may be on their own on this one.

Ok so I remembered hearing something about CIA Pegasus at some point and I looked it up and Pegasus is a program that Snowden was incolved with, was developed by Eisenhower and was a covert group inside the CIA to spy on the agency on behalf of the president. They apparently were also assassins and worked closely with cartel activity. They had a drug called Scopolamine (also called the "Voodoo drug" or "Burundanga") which apparently is soluble in water, is very addictive (might explain them wanting the safe back so bad if they'd been using it before) and at high doses causes complete obedience for days. Almost like they're hypnotized. Idk if this is connected at all, but it seems like it could be.

Uhmmm I was looking online and I came across a website selling cards that when you touch them to a key fob detector you can remotely activate a key fob as many times as you want I will edit comment if I find anything else. Ok edit I just found something else (btw I don’t have a Reddit so that is why I can not post this on a Reddit) the website that I saw the key fob cards on is no longer up I looked for it and could not find it any more but I did remember an article that I found a while ago just looking at creepy articles the article stated “Number 7: project syphis. Project syphis was an exam preformed on humans to test the mind and body restraints of the human body.” Now THAT was only a PART of the article

First of all the toys in the car, this could possibly be a huge crime because there were toys in the car. Could possibly be a kidnapper/murder. Second of all there’s blueprints, this person COULD have worked at hi5 or is still working at hi5.... but the key fog is syphus590 could the name of keyfogs be changed? He could be a test subject since it was a lab he could need the things in the safe to keep him alive. Also this is a stalker, the video wasn’t out yet and there’s already a clip of the car being beat, so he was watching you while you were going through the car. This guy also maybe follows you home so please be very careful Matt. Also is there a camera by red or orange base you can look at? Seeing if there is anyone near the car? Also Sam might be in trouble since we know she keeps things at home, the guy might think she took the things from the car home after watching the video, same please be safe.

I got chills right when this hit me. Whenever you were looking at the documents and reading about the hyponosis, the tower/van with line to people inside corresponds with the scanner, maybe. He could have been trying to use the scanner to hypnotize you guys without you knowing but I wouldnt know how he could get in contact from the scanner. I may be very wrong, but whenever I saw that picture I instantly thought of him sitting in his car with the scanner trying to hypnotize you guys as said in the document with Doctor Joesph C. Sharp. Please take this into consideration whenever you are doing your research.

more. Apparently these waves could possibly come through your surveillance system if done correctly. I don’t know how your office surveillance works or if it has like a loud speaker type system, but the micro-waves from the “hypnosis” has to hit your brain in a correct way for it to work. Again, I could be in the wrong ballpark but I find it very weird that you find a scanner and document that signifies hypnosis in that car.

i would just recomend going to the police with the evidence instead of waiting for them to call back. If the documents are from the military or NSA its illegal to have classified information. And with the liquid from the safe its probably best to even contact an FBI field office to have them properly contain, dispose, and test the volitile substance.
And if i am correct there are publicly available blood or bodily fluid testing kits so if Matthias is worried about blood he could buy one.

That image of the unknown location almost looks like an old photo of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Apparently it's a military base in Silver Springs Maryland. Also like the glass of the unknown substance in the safe, their emblem of their base includes snakes as well.

Okay so I did some looking on the internet and I have a theory:
So when you found the papers about the psycho electronic weapon, I saw that at the bottom it said different hertz that correspond to different parts of the brain. The human brain’s hearing limitations are from 20-20,000Hz but we normally hear things best from 2,000-5,000Hz. The lower end of the spectrum is usually what our brains can process, but we don’t actually hear. This means that the low frequencies listed at the bottom of the document are low enough that we are not consciously aware of them, but our subconscious processes them in our brains. The car also had a radio, so I was wondering if it was also able to put out certain frequencies such as the ones listed on the document. If the radio can put out those frequencies then that would basically mean the man stalking you guys was trying to mind control people!
By the way the experiments had some scary effects on people (intense pain, false memories, forced thoughts, and even FORCED SPEECH!). The documents were not specific to what extent these effects go to so you guys should be careful! I really hope the whole team stays safe! Love you guys ❤️

Hey, so I dived a bit deeper on the snake symbol we've seen on the safe, syringe and the bottle. Here's some info from what I found below.
- The snake symbol we see seems to represent a trinity knot (Which may be the reason you found the dollar that talks about religion)

I took more of this into consideration and specifically looked up the meaning of the "Celtic Snake" and here's what came up.

With this being said, he had marked one of the rooms / "objectives" Pegasus. Pegasus derives from Greek / Celtic mythology. Which makes me further believe that this has to do with something within Greek / Celtic fields.
I'm not 100% certain on this, but if you look up on google "Snake Celtic Knot" you will see many different types of this.

Dna will not show up unless you have a relative in the database or unless the person whos blood is on there is in the police or in the dna data base if no one in that persons family ie grandparents, parents or siblings or cousins/ uncles or aunts didnt get a dna test or didnt get arrested or comitted a crime where their dna was needed (which lets be honest a lot of people dont do dna tests unless they need to test paternity or want to see their liniage) who evers blood that is may not show up. Most tests will just confirm the presence of blood which can be done if you put luminal over the car it will highlight bodily fluids mostly blood which is what police use to confirm the presence of blood but unless who evers blood that is has relatives or is in the database themself they wont show up it will only show ancestors or will just pop up as a big error

I’m sorry to have to say this, but an adult wouldn’t lose that little blood from any size of cut, but, well a child would... and with the toys... the crayons... and the other child stuff, along with seat covers, it looks a lot like a child homicide, then there is the tracking sheet, this proves one of my old theories, and this still fits the documents I found and research I did in some older posts, pick-locking kit, police radio listener, and 863, this man isn’t safe if that wasn’t obvious before, and now, well we know for sure that he at least injured people in that car, if not killed them, and the seat covers are just the ones you found, who is to say how many more times the replaced those covers... @@staek8522 so to help us I got the FBI watching me by googling how much blood children bleed, ages 1-5 can have about 10-20 litres of blood to bleed out, most stabbing only lose a little blood however, so about 1-5 litres, assuming he cleaned some of it up that leaves us with under 1-2 litres of blood, Based on what we saw in the car this would be accurate, specifically that age group, since 6-10 have a bit more blood in them, and it would take more cleaning, so the vehicle would be basically spotless, however, if the child loses the amount of blood a 1-5 year old would, they would be much more careless with cleaning, just a little tidying, there is just one thing lurking in my mind I don’t want to say to cause false worry but... maybe I should mention it, what do you think?

It's a radio scanner. I have that exact model. They were sold at electronic stores like Frys. They're used to scan police/fire/airport/HAM(why I got it)/AM/FM and Weather.

The radio scanner just goes through the CB (City Band) radio frequencies. These frequencies also include police radio's. They are used to listen to people talking on those types of radios. It is considered a receiver not a transmitter.
