I have experience with signal interceptors, and you've been hijacked, its basically repeating lte data and recording it using the modem, disconnect the cat5 wire, take the phone out, pop the sim out and tat will stop all interception.

If that laptop is hard wired into your local network, he might be accessing your computers. It could explain how he is making his own key fobs. He might not have copied Woods key fob, he just might have ben making his own by stealing the codes from the local network..
I doubt it, this guy is sloppy that case if it was tapping there private networks was a waste of time you can get something that does that for a hundred bucks on eBay or better from a more secure source. Think about it like this, say you grab a painting in museum you have it cut you haven’t set off the pressure sensors and depending on the age of the piece the heat sensors. Your gonna be nervous but if you know what your doing you’ll get it out. But now imagine you trip said alarms many museums and galleries have large gates that drop from the doorways their easily bypassed but your under a lot more pressure chances are your gonna leave prints couple days later you in your cell. This guy is sloppy just like anybody in a stressful situation. Phone taps the size of a briefcase sloppy. This guy is not trying to terrorize them he’s trying to hide something or at least something along those lines. If he wanted to steal, These guys wouldn’t have there cameras or the computers if he wanted them dead there wouldn’t be as many sloppy tactics and it would’ve happened by now. If I have gave my two cents I would say cover up for money laundering, drug production or human trafficking.

I work for Verizon on the network infrastructure side of things. If you have Verizon and are getting bad service it only takes a quick call to customer service. Once you call customer care can diagnose if it’s a sim issue,device issue etc they can also send you a free booster for your home if it’s needed.

But that side, I will say one thing about syphus iv noticed, taping the phones, it seems as if he might be a detective on a profiled character type that he's assuming on towards other people, once on the job when they go around on a job they have to look and be the part. And that's probably why the police haven't really responded. They may be investigating one of the staff working at hi5. Or he's investigating the prior tenants that worked there and is collecting whatever data and phone service patterns info you guys have, And will assume you guys will pick up on things. But once there's no conclusion to the investigation it'll all stop and seem like they forgot about the whole thing once syphus walks away, if that is the case, he'll just disappear and stop coming around if he really is a detective.

Then get a hold of law enforcement on a landline which you should of done in the 1st place. put the box in your locked room so everyone can feel safe in your work place

To be able to check for hidden cameras you guys should go look at the youtube channel the modern rogue. They did a video about finding small cameras. This could help easy you.
Woods' theory can't be super close because : 1- the LAPD probably has all their material accounted for, meaning they would notice something that big is missing; 2- an ex-cop can't keep LAPD property, they probably have to give everything back (just like their guns...). Can't they just physically go to a police station? like it seams very simple but since their calls are being redirected they could just get someone to check it out.... Or maybe they know someone (a cop or ex-cop) to check it out and verify if its actually LAPD property.
The briefcase that he planted has a separate WiFi attached to the camera and since he planted the case there is a possibility that he may have not used gloves when setting up everything. You can take it to any science lab or police station and ask to identify any fingerprints on the case. Also the laptop inside is a tough book which is created by Panasonic. Anyone can buy those laptops and he could be just painted the outside with stencils. You can actually buy the interceptors.

For Dope or Nope feedback, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of a rotating cast! You could have Woods, Sam, Hannah, CJ, Connor, Paul, maybe even some guest appearances from the Team Edge crew! And you could have videos themed around the specific guests passions. Like for Sam, you could have fashion or DIY themed products. For Bryan, golf themed products. For Bobby, fishing themed products etc.

Woods' theory can't be super close because :
1- the LAPD probably has all their material accounted for, meaning they would notice something that big is missing;
2- an ex-cop can't keep LAPD property, they probably have to give everything back (just like their guns...).
Can't they just physically go to a police station? like it seams very simple but since their calls are being redirected they could just get someone to check it out.... Or maybe they know someone (a cop or ex-cop) to check it out and verify if its actually LAPD property.

The briefcase that he planted has a separate WiFi attached to the camera and since he planted the case there is a possibility that he may have not used gloves when setting up everything. You can take it to any science lab or police station and ask to identify any fingerprints on the case. Also the laptop inside is a tough book which is created by Panasonic. Anyone can buy those laptops and he could be just painted the outside with stencils. You can actually buy the interceptors.
