Yeah I drink about a 12 pack a day. Just saying it here for accountability. The doctor just told me my blood pressure was elevated it's going to be my start on my journey to lower it. B well my friends.
I know if I drink enough and get a hangover the next day, my blood pressure will shoot up. I don’t drink much anymore because I just don’t enjoy it like I use to. This is also my next step towards lowering my blood pressure
It's very annoying that you can't Google concerning the affect of alcohol on blood pressure without "too much" being part of the answer. Of course, that's not an accurate answer, since "too much alcohol" was not part of the search. I am sure that if "too much" was inserted into a question about any beverage, the answer would be that its very bad, even if it's actually good.
