I love that it's working for Twitch once set and in perpetuity. Though for X and CZcams it appears not to go live automatically after the first day I set it. What am I doing wrong?

At 1:27 you mention that live streaming will only begin once you hit the record button. Do I need to hit all the record buttons on my third party streaming services (Facebook, CZcams, Twitter, Twitch) first, then hit the Riverside record button? Or does the RTMP bypass that and I only need to hit the Riverside record button and the other channels will go live?
Also, do I need a new RTMP code for every new live stream I do? Or can I reuse the same RTMP for future streams?

Additionally, when we invite an audience member to live stream with us, will they appear in 3rd party streams as well?
We appreciate you really testing it out! Your streaming destinations may or may not require you to click "go live," it depends on how you've set them up. CZcams for example, you can choose to live as soon as a video feed is detected. If that's how you choose to setup your CZcams account, when you hit record in Riverside it will auto-start on CZcams. Same for the other platforms. You do not need to generate a new RTMP code for every live stream, you can reuse the same URLs from your destination. And if you choose to accept an audience member for a live call-in, they will also appear and be streamed to third party destinations as well.
Has the live stream quality been upgraded from 720p? This will make or break the deal for us.
Can you use the Blackmagic
Web Presenter 4K with Riverside to boost the output to 4K?
There’s not a way to just push the video signal via hardware from the computer running Riverside to the BlackMagic device. Best you can do is an HDMI out with HDMI to SDI conversion, but you will see the Riverside studio interface on screen.
Is it possible to set up live streaming to all platforms directly from an iPhone, or do we require a computer?
You can actually change studio settings from Safari on an iPad, but the iPhone won't display properly.

I have CZcams and Facebook all set up as you have suggested but for some reason it's not going live?
The recording is all working OK in riverside is there something I'm missing?
How would I know it has worked or working?

Double check your CZcams and Facebook settings on when they go live. For CZcams, there is an option to "automatically go live when they receive a signal," or you can choose to manually publish the live stream from CZcams. Set both Facebook and CZcams to auto-broadcast when they receive a signal and it should start as soon as you begin recording in Riverside.
@Riversidefm thanks heaps I'll give that a look and see how I go. With my Facebook live I'm trying to do is in my group does that make any difference?
We are interested in recording an interview session using riverside and only going live for the last fifteen minutes of that session. Is that possible without switching to a different studio?
Technically you can enable live streaming to a platform in the studio settings while in-studio, but depending on the platform it may or may not show.. We would recommend a test run before the full interview.
and after i made straem my recording has a lot of problems with sync.synchronization. The audio and video were desynchronized every 20 minutes of recording Is it connected?

Does this support TikTok? I'd like to stream to LinkedIn, TikTok, and CZcams. I realize the aspect ratio is different. Wondering if that is a possible future feature?

Can you clarify which Facebook accounts this works for ie groups, business like page, or personal page? Because I tried it on my personal page and it didn't work for me.

Why is Instagram not a preset when Facebook is already listed. Will it be added as well as TikTok soon?
You can use RTMP settings for other destinations like that!
I cant choose the backround for live stream. it is impossible, right? or how can i do it?
Choosing a background isn't natively available, but you can use a tool like OBS to utilize green screen or other backgrounds and feed that video stream into Riverside.
Can you stream to multiple socials on a mobile device please?
Once you setup your studio to live stream, it will push to multiple platforms at once, whether you record on a computer or mobile device!
My Facebook Live worked but the LinkedIn did not. Has a message that said pre-live. What did I do wrong.
Check the LinkedIn studio settings. You may need to manually publish the live stream from that UI after you start recording in Riverside.
Can you see Facebook comments in Riverside if you're livestreaming into Facebook?
Unfortunately not, you’ll need to keep that window open separately to monitor comments.
Not having the comments visible on all platforms (and vice versa) is a huge bummer. It's so close to being an all-in-one solution, but the lack of comments doesn't meet my requirements.
Is this something you'll be adding in the future?

Not at the moment, especially since the aspect ratio isn't compatible.
So riverside does not combine all the chats, i have to track all the chats on every page? How is that efficient? I almost dropped resyream for riverside but combining all chats is more important to me than live call in

Can I schedule a livestream via Riverside through facebook, linkedIn and CZcams? :)
Not at the moment, but if you schedule in those platforms separately, you can use the stream key and URL and input that into your studio settings.
How do I stream on a Facebook Group using Riverside?
You can only stream to a Facebook page, unless you go with the custom RTMP destination, which you can get that info from your Facebook group account.
Can Riverside live stream to a group vs page?
I don't believe Facebook Groups allow you to stream into them, must be a page. But Riverside support RTMP streaming so any destination that offers a Stream URL / Stream Key, it should work!
Can you live stream into zoom?
If Zoom allows for RTMP streaming, then yes. But I'm not aware of Zoom having that.
Hmm i'm shocked there is no instagram.
Simultaneously streaming to Instagram would be a challenge since the aspect ratio is far different. Plus, Instagram has de-emphasized live streaming in recent years.

facebook is not Working
Have you had it work before and it stopped? You can also try using the RTMP destination settings in your studio and pull that information from your Facebook live
