Great presentation. Thanks for your candor across all of the subjects. I've vacationed there twice and have enjoyed my times with the people, places and things. I haven't been there at the height of the summer. I will be back though.

What about the schools? I’m an Arkansas native who is considering relocating to LR to be closer to family. We currently living in Fort Lee, New Jersey & NJ is ranked #1 in the nation for their public schools. Is there an area or neighborhood you would recommend for strong public schools?

Raised in Arkansas. Little Rock is growing but I wish they would level up their cultural entertainment game. They have weak shopping centers compared to Atlanta and Dallas but that too is changing. Park Plaza has been bought and I noticed new facelift of the building outside. The Mid-town outdoor shopping center is slow but coming along being built up. Traffic is getting on my nerves and I live in SW Little Rock. Downtown had revamped nicely in some parts and can’t wait to see other parts to be revamped (still needs new businesses there such as a movie theatre and another cool grocery store-no shade to Edward’s Giants . I agree you need a car in Little Rock and Central Arkansas. Bus transportation is okay but the expansion of bus lines to past Chenal will never happen due to wealthy west Little Rockers and their surbanian attitude. Good video though.
