I bought a vitamin E oil (pure) but it's so thick and hard to spread...is the one you're using pure or diluted?

I'm pretty sure there is different types depending on how dry your skin is (not sure) mine is sundown and it's 70000iu hers was 30000iu and mine was also very thick

This was a challenge I did it for 7 days straight because I would like to see what it does to my skin after that I just add it to my lotion it’s a really good oil

I have dry skin I leave it overnight however research says it’s not suitable for all skin types the oil can clog pores and cause breakout
They also say you can leave it on your skin for 15 mn over time if you don’t experience any breakout you can extend the time limit
I have oily skin and I have been able to use it . But I also have combo dry skin. Just do it 3 times a week
