Soo glad I found these tutorials as I've been having fits trying to accurately bend prototypical HO scale model train handrails out of .0125 bronze wire. Even the slightest deviation can render every previous accurate bend useless. This endeavor into wire bending is the ultimate test of ones patience. I can relate to every exercise you covered. What hardness is this wire in your video. Full Hard, Half Hard, etc. Thanks. I have been trying to bend a U shape for a project on an HO model railroad, (I like to scratch build bridges to scale) and getting the wire to lay flat on the same plain (after bending the two 90 degree angles), has been giving me a problem. I have been using full hard solid steel wire in 24AWG and also I use 22AWG and 20AWG (roughly in inches .020, .025 and .032 respectively). I see you used 3 prong pliers, which I do not have, is that the best tool for bending small gauge wire. (if yes could you recommend a brand and the type you use). Thanks. Phil

You will have to use a set of pliers with a smaller tip and bend the wire around that tip past 90 degrees
